    One clear request, then up to three reminders on the same thread if anything is still outstanding. Reminders stop the moment the client replies.

Sign up before the end of the year and ReplyDocs is free until 31 January 2027. That gets you through the self-assessment rush at no cost, with us on the phone when you need us.

ReplyDocs is €99 a month, flat. No per-client charges, no setup fee, cancel any time. Founding practices pay nothing until 31 January 2027, then €49.50 a month from February to December 2027, locked in. Twenty-five places, then the normal price.

We set everything up with you on a 20-minute call: your client list, what you need from each, and the first collection to run. Your place is confirmed once that's done.

Every email is one-to-one and expected. You tell your clients it's coming, it carries your practice's name, and anyone who asks to stop is removed straight away.
